DISINFORMATION AND ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
Knowingly providing false information will result in entry to the event being denied. In the event of my child being in involved in illegal or anti-social behaviour, I understand they will be removed from the event to be collected by a parent/carer from the event. In these cases, no refunds will be issued.

WARNING OF POTENTIAL HARM
I am aware that participating in any of the activities at FORGE, hosted by the Coffs Coast Adventure Centre can be dangerous in nature, involving possible RISKS OF INJURY. I am also aware that there is a risk of an adverse effect to a current or past injury and/or medical condition. Activities I may participate in are as follows:

Outdoor Games
Skateboarding
Camp Fire

FORGE and the Coffs Coast Adventure Centre takes all reasonable steps to provide safe and enjoyable facilities, games and activities. However, FORGE and the Coffs Coast Adventure Centre will accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage to property, or, injury of or to any person save for any loss or damage directly caused by the negligent act or omission of the Coffs Coast Adventure Centre. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, estate, executor, administrator, assignees, and for all members of my family.
I recognise there are rules and regulations, which govern The Coffs Coast Adventure Centre’s facilities, games and activities, and these rules and regulations are in place for my safety, and the safety of others. I agree:

Photography and Video Consent.
The purchaser (parent/guardian) of these tickets gives permission for their child/ren to be photographed and/or filmed during FORGE. FORGE reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and future event promotion. FORGE will not sell any photographs, video footage, or related content to third parties.

It is a condition of entry that attendees consent to the inclusion of their likeness in such photographs and recordings. This consent is given by purchasing a ticket.

If a youth ministry or church purchases tickets on behalf of young people in their care, they agree to these same terms and conditions on behalf of those attendees.
